Yes we do. We bring all the basic equipments which includes: mop, broom, window/floor cleaning chemicals, cloth as well as a vacuum. Feel free to let the cleaners use your equipment or supplies if you prefer.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Definitely, if you have any specific tasks in mind, please let us know. You can either input the comment while booking online or let out customer happiness team know over the phone.

Are there any additional fees or pricing changes I should be aware of once the cleaners have arrived at my home?

Our flat rate quotes are accurate over 90% of the time and they assume a certain level of cleanliness and house size based on the average client base. If upon arrival, our cleaners realize the home is larger than normal or in more severe condition than expected they will let you know and we will go ahead and re-quote you. We can also switch to an hourly pricing model which you can customize depending on your budget.

What time do the cleaners arrive & what is your arrival window policy?

We operate within a 3 hour arrival window. For example if you reserve a spot between 2-5pm in the afternoon, we will be shooting to arrive at 2pm. But that arrival window allows us to prepare for the unexpected in case of emergencies such as traffic, & other unforeseen events and the cleaners may arrive anytime within that arrival window range.

How many cleaners do you send?

We typical send 1-3 cleaners depending on our availability and the size of the job.

Do we have to be home for the cleaning?

Nope. Just leave a key for us and a note on how we can enter. We’ll clean your home & lock the door on our way out.

Should I tip my cleaners?

Tipping is never required and completely optional on your part. As part of the service industry most clients like to tip our cleaners anywhere from 10-15% or more. The cleaners keep 100% of the tip so feel free to show how much you love them.

Pricing & Policies

What is your pricing method like?

We offer upfront flat-rate pricing. There are no contracts and no hidden fees. Our flat rate pricing is based off the number of bedrooms you have in your home which assumes a certain size. We also offer hourly pricing option as well.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not satisfied and let us know within 24 hours, we’ll be back to fix it for free.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule anytime but please make sure to do so 24 hours before your service date/time. Please keep in mind we reserve a spot just for you so cancelling less than 24 hours before service can incur you a $75  cancellation fee to compensate our cleaners for lost wages.

How do I pay?

We only accept credit and debit card payments.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can definitely apply a coupon to an upcoming appointment by logging into your customer portal. You can not apply a coupon to an appointment that has already been completed.

What is your lockout policy?

If our cleaners arrive at your home but we are unable to reach you or unable to enter the home for any reason. Our cleaners will wait up to 30 minutes, but will then have to start getting ready for their next appointment. Lockouts will cost a $75 lockout/cancellation fee to compensate our cleaners for gas, drive time, & lost wages.

Can I leave my keys with my cleaner?

We strongly recommend that if you will not usually be home during the cleaning, that you leave the key in a place where the cleaner can easily access it upon arrival. Some clients prefer to use a lockbox or can leave it with the doorman.

Trust & Safety

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We provide the highest level of service and we strive so that our customers are satisfied, but if something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll do our best to fix it. That’s our promise to you.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes it is, our payment technology is provided by Stripe. Their SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide. You can read more about them on stripe.com

How do you hire & vet your cleaners? Are they background checked?

Having the best cleaners is key to providing great service. Once our cleaners have filled out a quick application, we do an interview, followed by a background check & a reference check. We then send them out to a test job to test for their level of service, professionalism, etc. But we’re not done yet. The first month is a trial, and they are sent with our lead cleaners to make sure everything is great before sending them out on their own. Less than 20% of applicants actually pass the whole process and are hired.

How does Hourly Cleaning work?

  • Cleaning of hoarder like homes

Every cleaning will always include:

What if I just want partial cleaning or only want some rooms cleaned?

You have two options when looking to get your home partially cleaned (such as just a single bedroom).

Your first option is you can book a flat rate cleaning as usual and select the entire number of bedrooms & bathrooms in your home. Unfortunately, the flat-rate cleaning can not be modified and you’d be charged the full amount. Also, keep in mind you’re still limited to just the cleaning checklist when going with the flat rate option.

Your second option is going with the “hourly pricing” model and picking the number of hours & cleaners you’d like based on your budget. It also allows you to customize your cleaning & not be limited to just our cleaning checklist. This option is usually the go to for someone who wants partial cleaning.
